18ct gold is 75% pure gold with a warm colour, available in yellow, white and rose. Platinum 950 is naturally white, denser and hypoallergenic, and it holds stones exceptionally securely. Both are excellent for everyday wear; the choice is personal and we are happy to show you both side by side.
Yes. Every centre stone is independently certified by GIA or IGI and arrives with its certificate. We also provide full provenance details, and all diamonds are sourced in compliance with the Kimberley Process.
Typically four to six weeks from approved design to hallmarking. Complex pieces or rare stones can take longer, and we will always give you a written timeline before work begins. If you are working towards a proposal date, tell us — we regularly plan backwards from the big day.
Yes. We ship worldwide by fully insured, tracked and discreet courier, or you may collect in boutique. International clients can also book a live video viewing before purchasing. Any import duties are explained in advance.
Ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days in unworn condition. Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces cannot be returned, but are covered by our lifetime workmanship guarantee. If anything is not right, talk to us — we would rather fix it than debate it.
Put jewellery on last and take it off first — after perfumes and before housework. Store pieces separately in their boxes, and bring them in every six months for complimentary cleaning, polishing and a stone check at the boutique.
It is one of our favourite commissions. We can reuse your stones and melt your old gold into a new design, crediting the metal value against the work. You will approve sketches and a fixed quotation before anything is touched.
Yes. Interest-free staged payments over three to six months are available on most pieces, with the piece reserved for you and delivered once complete. Bespoke commissions require a deposit at design approval.
We provide complimentary valuations for insurance purposes and, where appropriate, offer trade-in credit against a new piece. Bring your items to the boutique and our gemmologist will assess them while you wait.
